My name is Myla, 30 years old. I was born in the Philippines.

I graduated with Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse and NC II Certificate for Caregiving passer. My Native Language is Tagalog but I also speak and understand English. My favorite colors are Pink and Red. For me, Pink is symbol of feminity and Red is symbol of Love. I like traveling in different places, it is amazing to see new places and it was exciting and memorable part of my life. I also like to watch cooking shows, because I want to explore and learn more about cooking.

I am the only child of my parents but I have 2 brothers with my father. I am living here in the Philippines with my mom while my dad is living in Ontario Canada with his 2 children and wife. My mother is working as Money Sorter for 7yrs and earning a minimum wage, while I am currently working as Quality Analyst/Underwriter in Life Insurance company but had clinical experience as a Nurse last 2018-2019. I have a big dream and goal in my life so I decided to put additional learning in my education by taking up Caregiver training.

I had huge experience in caring of different kind of patient and dealing not only with them but also with their family during my Nursing school and I continued my experience when I worked as a Clinic Nurse. I also helped my mom in taking care of my grandmother, she is a stroke patient and became bedridden and when she passed away I gained my personal caregiving experience when my cousins were born, I helped my aunt in taking care of my 2 cousins when I quit my job last 2016-2018. They grew up as a good children, bubbly, active and energetic. My family is very important to me. I am the one who guide and remind them to always take care of their health.

I don’t have any working experience in taking care of a child or senior but I worked as a Clinic Nurse and gained my personal housekeeping experience through my family. I am flexible person because if you want to learn new things you need to expand your learning and skills. Being a trustworthy person is one of my best characteristics since I was a kid, and I have lots of patience since I am very understanding.

Taking care of a person is not a skill that you need to learn but a passion, and I have that passion to provide care to a person. Hoping to be part of your family and to learn your way of living is exciting. Dream come true to extend my nursing experience in your country as a Caregiver. I can assure to give my full commitment in my job. Keep safe and God bless you.
