Home is Best Caregiver Services assists solely with the hiring process of Caregivers and other household staff (“Workers”). We do our very best to screen and pool the best caregivers but due to human nature, we do not endorse or guarantee the ability or suitability of any Worker. It is the responsibility of the “Client/Employer” to interview, train and hire a Worker. An Employer and Worker/Candidate can arrange a few paid training days before making an offer of employment, if possible. Home is Best Caregiver Services is not responsible or liable for the behavior or actions of any Worker. The Client remains the Employer.
As an Employer, you are responsible for abiding by Employer’s Standards Laws of BC, providing Work Safe BC Coverage and complying with Canada Revenue Tax Laws.
Home is Best Caregiver Services does NOT charge an agency fee to job applicants.
Our Fee Schedule is effective June 18, 2019. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Home is Best Caregiver Services offers a 6-month replacement guarantee. If an employer-caregiver relationship is unsatisfactory or a caregiver leaves the job within the first 6 months of employment, the caregiver will be replaced FREE of the placement fee.
